App Dynamic is the successful and rapidly growing developer of AirServer.

AirServer is both available as software and hardware and is a universal mirroring solution that allow users to mirror the screens of their computers and mobile devices to TVs, projectors and other screens.

As a part of our growth and expansion into new markets we are looking for a technical service lead to join our team and help us scale technical and customer support for the future.


  • Identify service improvement opportunities and automation proposals to improve service quality.

  • Assisting customers with technical, licensing and user issues

  • Technical support to our partners and resellers

  • Maintain knowledge base

  • Participate in testing of new releases

Required skills:

  • At least 2-3 years experience working in service-oriented technical support, consumer support or reliative field

  • Technical know-how in up-to-date operating systems, networking and mobile devices

  • Verbal skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful, collegial and concise manner

  • Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Able to work quickly and accurately.

  • A high technical acumen, including ability to analyze a variety of client-side and server-side logs.

  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
