Technical Service Lead
App Dynamic is the successful and rapidly growing developer of AirServer.
AirServer is both available as software and hardware and is a universal mirroring solution that allow users to mirror the screens of their computers and mobile devices to TVs, projectors and other screens.
As a part of our growth and expansion into new markets we are looking for a technical service lead to join our team and help us scale technical and customer support for the future.
Identify service improvement opportunities and automation proposals to improve service quality.
Assisting customers with technical, licensing and user issues
Technical support to our partners and resellers
Maintain knowledge base
Participate in testing of new releases
At least 2-3 years experience working in service-oriented technical support, consumer support or reliative field
Technical know-how in up-to-date operating systems, networking and mobile devices
Verbal skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful, collegial and concise manner
Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Able to work quickly and accurately.
A high technical acumen, including ability to analyze a variety of client-side and server-side logs.
Fluent English, both written and verbal
