Our view is that if the user has to think about how to use the software, then they are not focusing on servicing their customer.
Kaptio is looking to hire a Technical Product Manager to join our growing organization. You’ll work closely with internal tech leads, designers, and the client’s teams to map out projects, lead teamwork using Agile methodologies, define solution vision, and deliver quality solutions on the Salesforce platform and beyond (Web, API & E-commerce), feeding into Kaptio’s product strategy and product roadmap.
We need you to help us drive a vision by discovering and communicating simple solutions to complex problems. You need to be a solid team player that incorporates others’ views, leverages data, and takes initiative to make things better. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
