We’re looking for Software Training and Support Specialists who will…

  • Demo the Bokun system to new potential customers

  • Onboard clients and set up new accounts

  • Provide end-user application support via chat, phone and email

  • Produce support material for customers, both in text and as videos

  • Develop an extensive working knowledge of the Bokun product suite Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and provide solutions

  • Facilitate problem-solving between end-user and Bokun’s development staff

  • Communicate technical information in non-technical terms
