Software Developer, Asset Management Team

Controlant is looking for a software developer with an inquisitive mind and an interest in working with hardware to join our growing community in Controlant R&D, and take an active role in developing solutions for production, calibration and management of tens of thousands of IoT devices in the field.

Responsibilities

You will join the Asset Management (AM) team responsible for developing solutions for our internal teams (Production, Logistics, Service) as well as our manufacturing partners and service centers.

Your focus will be on developing solutions for streamlined production of IoT devices, including firmware updates, quality checks, inventory management, and calibration.

We are a team of 30 R&D professionals working actively on the development of Controlant’s hardware and software, directly contributing to the success of our company. Development takes place in autonomous and interdisciplinary product teams building solutions following Agile development methodologies and relying on modern application lifecycle management systems. Requirements

• B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

• Strong Python and/or C# skills

• Knowledge of Matlab a plus

• Web development experience (e.g. React) a plus

• Experience and interest in hardware development a plus

• Analytical mindset and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills

• Team player with a service mindset and excellent collaboration skills
