Lucinity is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer
Lucinity was founded in 2018 to Make Money Good by delivering an open productivity platform for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) teams. Our continuous learning platform combines the best of artificial intelligence and human ingenuity to allow any AML team – from big banks to fintechs – to quickly and precisely tackle the ever-evolving threat of money laundering. About the role
Our system is designed to be cloud native but is currently entirely hosted on Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform.
As a Site Reliability Engineer on our SRE team, your key challenges will be:
- Maintaining and improving our toolchain
- Automating operational processes (such as deployments and upgrades)
- Building and maintaining core infrastructure that enables Lucinity to scale
- Debugging production issues across our system
- Building monitoring alerts on symptoms rather than outages
- Documenting all your findings into repeatable actions and then into automation
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you are able to work comfortably and closely with other developers. Your expertise will be applied to deploying safe, performant and reliable services for our SaaS platform. You know how to move fast while staying organised, and solve problems efficiently, effectively, and independently. You need to be enthusiastic about working with the latest and greatest technology, and have a knack for sharing knowledge with others.
- Experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Istio or similar technologies
- Strong programming skills in Shell, NodeJS or Python
- An urge to document everything so you don‘t need to learn the same thing twice
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
