Senior Systems Engineer

Dohop is looking for an experienced systems and infrastructure engineer to join our growing, fun, and dynamic company in creating innovative tech solutions for the travel and aviation industry. You will be working in our Core Services team, enabling engineering teams to have increased throughput, be fully in charge of their software, be confident through the whole software development life cycle, and assist teams with designing and simplifying our software architecture. If you are a motivated engineer with a passion for enabling other developers we’d love to hear from you.

We’d like to find someone with:
4+ years work experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure in AWS, with a focus on Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
Work experience of security infrastructure, backups, disaster recovery, user management, and networks.
A university degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Good communication skills and a passion for working with other teams to create a scalable technical environment.
Aptitude for solving complex technical problems, using infrastructure as code.
A passion for optimising deployments, automating, scaling, monitoring, configuring and scripting.
A knack for documentation is a plus.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
