Senior Full Stack Developer

Cyren is looking for a senior full-stack developer to join the Anti-Malware team in Iceland. The team is responsible for development and maintenance of the anti-malware products and the automation backend.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain anti-malware products and backend automation

  • Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints

  • Frontend development for Cyren anti-malware products.

Education and qualification requirements

  • 5 years software engineering experience

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL/Elastic)

  • Experience in web development

  • Linux development background

  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies

Languages/Scripting/Markup:

• Essential: Go, HTML, CSS and PHP

• Basic knowledge: Python, Bash, C/C++

  • Tools/Frameworks: GIT, GNU, Docker,Kubernetes, Kafka, Elastic, RabbitMQ, MySQL & Redis

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

  • Experience working with international teams
