Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint related activities of 3 development teams
• Coach the teams on Scrum and Agile
• Be a link between the development teams and product management
• Be able to identify and help the teams remove impediments
• Collect and update Key Performance Indicators to help determine where actions are needed.
• Work with product management on release planning and roadmap work
• Facilitate planning meetings

Experience and skills required

• Worked successfully as a Scrum master with Scrum / Agile teams
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of iterative software development
• Knowledge of or experience with common Agile practices and related methodologies, such as Lean
• Be able to lead and serve the team
• Be able to communicate and socialize effectively
• Gets things done
• Good English knowledge
