Sales Engineer – Salesforce

Data Dwell is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team at our Reykjavik office to improve our customer’s experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Growing and developing relationships with existing accounts, help them solve problems with Data Dwell and ensure they are happy
  • Help in researching, developing and testing new product releases
  • Stay knowledgeable in your field and research by continuing to read/study new data
  • Assist in creation of quotes and proposals when necessary
  • Maintain Data Dwell internal Salesforce org

Qualifications

  • Salesforce experience required
  • Attention to detail and commitment to deliver high quality demos
  • Read and write English in a professional manner
