At Keystrike we aim to reinvent authentication, make it continuous, neutralize the pervasive threat of spear phishing, and we need someone with a passion to match our own. We are seeking an enthusiastic QA to dive in and make our product live up to expectations.
Our development team is distributed among Europe and the U.S., with a hub in Iceland. We are a team of 11 looking for the 12th, an empathetic bunch.

Mission Objectives:

Digital Detective: Dive deep into our cybersecurity software, identifying weak points and ensuring impenetrable quality.

Collaborate & Conquer: Join forces with our elite devs, product strategists, and cyber experts to tackle attacks head-on.

Feedback Powerhouse: Articulate detailed, actionable feedback to elevate our software’s performance and user experience.

Adapt & Overcome: Stay two steps ahead with the latest testing tools, cybersecurity trends, and QA best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: A few years in software quality assurance, preferably unafraid of opening the hood; Logs, DBs, quirks of different environments – SaaS, Windows, Linux, Mac.

Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with automated testing tools and methodologies.

Attention to Detail: An eagle-eye for spotting inconsistencies, bugs, and any minor details most would miss.

Problem Solver: A knack for troubleshooting and identifying potential issues before they escalate and tackle customer inquiries with strategic, effective solutions.

Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
