QA Engineer

Job description and requirements:

3+ years professional experience testing Web-based applications.

Experience with bug reporting systems, as well as writing and executing test plans, test cases, defect management, and reporting test results.
Working proficiency with TestRail, Asana or Jira, Slite or Confluence, Git, Postman, Docker, etc.
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban.
Knowledge of web technologies: HTTP, HTML, CSS, SQL, AJAX.
Understanding of client-server architecture.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Proactive and solution-driven mindset.
Capacity to work independently.
Upper-intermediate level of English fluency or higher.

Optional: 

Experience with writing automation scripts in Javascript (TestCafe framework).
Knowledge of SQL (GraphQL, MySQL, Oracle DB etc.) and no-SQL DBs (PostgreSQL, Mongo, Redis etc.).
Experience with version control systems (git) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Testing and verifying complex marketplace web applications.
Creating and managing testing documentation.
Gathering required information/documents from various sources and evaluating the information for testing.
Tracking and reporting the life cycle of identified bugs.
Run and analyze automation testing scripts reports.
Providing technical support for company products. Identifying and reporting issues our customers and developers might face.
