As a Project Manager you are responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex systems to customers, and managing projects for internal excellence. You work closely with stakeholders across multiple divisions, including product managers, system architects and cross-functional teams, to understand customer requirements and manage the delivery of systems meeting those needs.

As an ideal candidate, you have expertise in project management which enables you to oversee project timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation to closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Develop project plans; monitor and communicate project progress to stakeholders; and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Create and maintain project documentation; organize and facilitate meetings (e.g. kick-off, status and retro)
  • Participate in customer product planning and roadmapping, and contribute to technical feasibility assessments
  • Manage customer relationships, including regular communication, issue resolution and escalation management

Professional Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management with a focus on customer product delivery projects is required
  • Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • English language proficiency, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and ISO 21500
  • PMP (IPMA C or B) certification or equivalent
  • Experience with managing complex projects in cross-functional teams
