We are looking for a product manager to join our exceptional team, to lead our product management. You will have a high impact role in our office in either Reykjavik or Copenhagen – and sometimes from home.
Who are we? We are a well funded startup with about 40 people spread across our three offices in Copenhagen, Reykjavik and Belgrade. We create intuitive marketing tools for the live entertainment industry. Our SaaS product offers a mix of data science, insights and customer activation to help organizations bring in more people to enjoy the magic of live entertainment.

What you’ll be doing:
Work in the capacity of product owner
Conduct customer research / product discovery using the jobs-to-be-done framework
Determine and prioritize jobs we want to solve for our clients
Manage regular prioritization process with management and key stakeholders
Define and oversee jobs / feature creation, with a focus on MVP development and future iteration planning
Write user stories and technical requirements
Work and collaborate with our dev teams, attend daily standups, jobs / story acceptance meetings, be involved in backlog management and overall progress monitoring
Measure, analyze, and report on product metrics to help grow, innovate, and improve
We are looking for the following qualifications:
You have at least 3 years of experience as product manager or similar, ideally with B2B products
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or Engineering, Cand.IT or similar relevant education.
You are fluent in and can demonstrate excellent English proficiency in writing and speaking
You enjoy interviewing users and exploring exactly how a product can help them be successful and getting jobs done
You love to be a part of a team. You make others better
You have experience in running technical teams using agile methodologies
You are used to working in Jira and/or similar tools
You are driven and you like to get things done. Really well. On time
You are able to scope software projects and write clear and concise requirements
You think outside the box. Your love to try new things
You have a great eye for detail
You are methodical and data-driven when it comes to measuring product usage
You are interested in marketing technologies and data science
What does your new job look like?
You are a part of a highly engaged international team. You will work from our office in Copenhagen or Reykjavik, when you are not working from home. You will work very closely with and report to our CEO. You will be responsible for driving and executing our product vision. Your time will be spent working closely with our dev teams and designers as well as our commercial team and clients. You will play a central role in driving forward our product, which is currently used by over 250 live entertainment organizations all over the world. You play a key role within our organization.
