Lead QA

WiseFish is looking for an ambitious Quality Assurance Lead to join our Product Development teams and join our journey in making the seafood industry more efficient and digital. 

The Lead QA would shape the QA framework and is responsible for the quality process of WiseFish. The long-term aim is to create a quality culture that reaches all aspects of our development. We are looking for a person that has a growth mindset and is inspired to grow with the company.

WiseFish is on a growth path and is determined to digitalize the seafood industry around the world. We specialize in software for the seafood industry. Our technical stack is mostly in Microsoft Business Central, and we are passionate about fish and an increasing digital seafood industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated tests
• Responsible for creating, documenting, and maintaining test cases in collaboration with product development teams
• Execute tests with our consultants and testers
• Coach consultants and testers in QA best practices
• Participate in defining and evolving our product development practices and procedures
• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Review and analyze system specifications to increase testability of designs
• Grow your skillset to meet the demands of the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA engineering experience
• Experience in automated software testing
• Programming experience
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Experience in remote teamwork
• Excellent written and spoken English
