Junior Frontend Engineer (Customer-Facing)
Build, Launch, and Evolve Customer Websites With the Customer, Their Data, and Best Practices
We’re building a modern AI-driven website platform that doesn’t just launch websites. It continuously improves them. Our system generates websites using AI and evolves them over time using signals from multiple data sources. We’re early, we move fast, and we work shoulder to shoulder with the customers running their businesses on top of us.
This role sits right at that meeting point. You’ll be the engineer who turns a new customer’s website from a starting point into something they’re proud of, then keeps making it better. You’ll work hand in hand with our Customer Success team, sit in on real customer conversations, and translate what you hear directly into changes that ship.
We’re looking for a junior frontend engineer who is detail-oriented, genuinely enjoys working with people, and is eager to use AI tools as a core part of how they build. We welcome fresh graduates and early-career engineers. What matters most is talent, initiative, and how you work.
The Role
This is a customer-facing engineering role. Most of your week is spent close to real customers and their live websites.
Onboarding new customers
- Take new customers from signup to a launched, polished website
- Work alongside Customer Success during onboarding sessions
- Translate a customer’s brand, content, and goals into a site that lands
- Get sites production-ready: responsive, fast, and high quality
Iterating live customer websites
- Work directly with customers to refine and evolve what the platform generates
- Turn customer feedback, analytics, and platform signals into concrete improvements
- Validate and enhance AI-generated updates before they go live
- Spot edge cases, inconsistencies, and opportunities others miss
Closing the loop with the platform
- Bring what you learn from customers back into the product
- Propose platform and tooling improvements grounded in real-world usage
- Build reusable components and patterns that make the next onboarding faster
- Help shape how customer websites evolve over time, not just one site at a time
You won’t just implement changes. You’ll be the person customers remember as the reason their website actually got better.

Who You Are
- Open to fresh graduates and early-career engineers. Experience matters less than talent and ambition
- Strong fundamentals in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Excited about design and implementing beautiful, polished pages
- Comfortable working with dynamic, CMS-driven content
- Strong attention to detail (visual and technical)
- Icelandic language skills are a plus (not required).
- You genuinely like working with customers. You’re calm, clear, and professional in front of them, and you can turn a vague piece of feedback into a concrete plan
AI tools:
You’re comfortable using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, etc. as part of your day-to-day workflow.
You’re excited about:
- Working directly with customers and seeing your work make an immediate difference
