Serving as the frontline of IT support at Alvotech, our team tackles a diverse range of tasks. We engage with an array of technical issues that may emerge across our organization, showcasing the versatility of our role. What You’ll Do
As an IT Support Specialist, you will dive into a range of exhilarating responsibilities, including:
- Provide expert IT support to end-users, maintaining equipment and solving issues.
- Manage IT tickets, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Respond quickly to service requests, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.
- Collaborate with teams for exceptional technical support.
- Assist in new user onboarding and setup.
- Identify and resolve equipment issues, with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Document IT processes and contribute to our knowledge base.
- Engage in exciting IT improvement projects.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A solid technical education and a passion for all things IT.
- Prior experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of IT operating systems and hardware.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A sharp technical and analytical mindset, allowing you to tackle challenges head-on.
- Familiarity with industry best practices, including ITIL methodologies.
- Excellent documentation skills and the ability to convey complex procedures in a clear manner.
