Internal System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our IT Management team. You would be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of all computer systems, necessary hardware, licenses and other applicable hardware and software tools needed for company operations. You would also be responsible for documentation and fulfilment of IT Security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Alignment with user needs and system functionality
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Manage supplier relationship with all relevant IT suppliers
• Documentation of IT systems, IT operations, IT risks and other relevant documentation to ensure minimization of operational risk relating to IT systems

Requirements

• Proven working experience as IT manager or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data management and data governance
• Hands-on experience with computer networks and network administration
• Experience of working in a regulated environment a plus
