Finance Manager

We are looking for a digitally oriented and tech-savvy finance guru to become our finance manager and play a massive role in the exciting journey we at Treble are on.

Our Finance Manager will play a crucial role in all further success and growth by making sure Treble’s financial health is tip-top. You will oversee everyday financial activities, prepare and manage budgeting and forecasting and subsequently provide strategic advice and financial guidance to Treble’s upper management, and thus play a strategic role within the company.

We foresee that with time this position will become the head of a team of financial specialists within Treble.

You will be responsible for

● Performing financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
● Overseeing day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions).
● Preparing monthly and quarterly management reporting.
● Reporting to our various funding backers, including VCs, EU and national funding bodies and private investors.
● Participating in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
● Leading the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
● Preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitoring and enforcing compliance with tax and financial reporting standards, and assisting with cash flow forecasting.
● Supervising the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
● Creating strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
● Managing the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
● Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

You would be great for this role if you have

● A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MSc in corporate finance, CPA or similar is a plus.
● Working experience in accounting and/or financial analysis over the last 5-8 years.
● The Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
● The Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
● A passion and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
● A desire to work in cross-discipline and cross-culture teams.
● Business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
● Fluency in English (as English is the workplace language)
