About you

You’re a passionate data scientist, enthusiastic about delivering value from data. You know that a data-driven approach is vital for companies and organizations to move forward today. You love exploring data and finding out which technique works the best for the scenario at hand. You know that data science is a field where adventurous exploration, brave experimentation, and thoughtful model evaluation are all integral to building a genuinely data-driven process.

You embrace the bias-variance trade-off and understand that looking for a single, all-purpose method or model isn’t feasible and that you need to apply the best approach for each use case. Putting the science in a data scientist, you embrace your work with an open mind for the best solution for every case.

You are well trained in mathematics, machine learning, data programming, visualization of data, and statistical inference, and you apply your training to explore and bring value from data. You’re also enthusiastic about being part of and shaping the ever-changing field of data science and are happy to be on a never-ending journey to become the best version of yourself.
