About the Role

As a Data Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting and maintaining various data sources crucial to our mission. You will work closely with other Ankeri team members to ensure seamless integration of data, maintain data integrity, and drive actionable insights. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Additionally, a keen interest in learning about the shipping industry and data generated from ships is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and integrate new data sources to enhance our platform’s capabilities
• Collaborate, with internal and external stakeholders to understand data requirements and optimize integration processes
• Implement data quality measures and ensure adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner

Requirements

• BA university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or other related fields (preferred)
• Proven experience in data integration, ETL processes, and maintaining data integrity
• Experience in Python (preferred) and working with databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Growth mindset with a keen eye for detail and organizational skills
• Ready to deep dive into the the shipping industry, particularly the container segment
