Blue team – Main responsibilities of team members:

• Monitor, detect and defend against attacks and misuse

• Incident response & investigation

• Security reviews

• Vulnerability management

• Improve security posture

• Collaborate with an international team

Qualification

• Burning interest for cyber security

• Strong technical background

• Good English writing and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented

Nice to have

• Experience deploying, maintaining, and administering security technologies

• Familiarity with Windows/Linux & AWS security best practices

• Scripting and/or development familiarity

• PCI compliance experience

• CISSP, CEH, or similar certification

Red team – Main responsibilities of team members:

• Penetration testing

• Social engineering

• Detect vulnerabilities

• Test the responses of the blue team

• Improve security posture

• Collaborate with an international team

Qualification

• Burning interest for cyber security

• Strong technical background

• Good English writing and verbal communication skills

• A basic need to break things and think outside the box

Nice to have

• Experience hacking / breaking things

• Familiarity with Windows/Linux, db & AWS security best practices

• Understanding of network protocols

• Experience with wireless, web application, and network security testing

• Skills in bash and Powershell

• CISSP, CEH, or similar certification
