Atlassian Ecosystem Expert
The Atlassian Expert plays an important role at Tempo in supporting teams in defining next-generation solutions that customers want – or didn’t know they wanted, and promoting a holistic understanding of Tempo in the Atlassian Ecosystem. This position is for our Montreal office but we are open to remote applicants.
The role involves
Providing guidance to customer support teams on issues related to Atlassian products.
Representing Tempo in webinars, and at Atlassian community events online (Atlassian community) or in person (AUG events, Summit).
Sharing your expertise internally and delivering training on Atlassian products to Tempo employees such as Jira (Users & Admin), Jira Service Desk, and Confluence on Cloud, Server, and Data Center.
Helping with installing & configuring Atlassian products along with key apps used to support our internal processes.
Leading and/or participating in key internal initiatives requiring Atlassian expertise.
Collaborating with Tempo teams in both the Montreal and Reykjavik offices, as well as with various Atlassian partners and vendors.
Travelling may be required to attend Atlassian events and to connect with Tempo teams in Reykjavik and Boston.
The ideal candidate
Has great communication skills and enjoys sharing their knowledge and expertise with others.
Has at least 2 to 3 years experience as an Atlassian expert or consultant.
Is an expert with Jira Software and Confluence. Knowledge and expertise of other Atlassian products including Tempo products is an asset.
Has a passion for training and coaching others.
Having Jira certification is a strong asset.
Has excellent presentation skills.
Being fluent in English, spoken and written.
