The R&D department in NLS is the driving force behind the realization of technology and product innovation. The Scrum Master for R&D is joining a team of cross-functional technologists to work on product and technology innovation.

Scrum Masters at NLS are responsible for leading software teams by using Agile methodologies where shared responsibility, cooperation and team spirit are valued. You are going to work with both the product specialists and the Architecture groups to incubate ideas and create everything from rapid prototypes to proof of concepts at the highest quality standards so that the teams assets can successfully transition to the product teams. Within the R&D environment, you are working on wicked ideas, so winning over the team and fostering out-of-the-box thinking makes this position outstanding.
