Product Owner

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner. The Product Owner is responsible for managing one of LS Retail´s products, guaranteeing its success and making sure that the product creates value for its customers and users.

Main assignments

• Work with designers and developers to estimate client requirements and create proposals.
• Work with team members to create product release plans.
• Work with design and development teams to create user interface wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
• Translate product epics and features into well-formed users’ stories and acceptance criteria.
• Be the primary resource for questions about the details of the projects through interaction with internal resources, customers and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
• Proactively manage and prioritize a backlog according to business value, complexity, and expectations.
• Develop features into users’ stories that are granular enough for a sprint, convey the goals and vision of each sprint.
• Being able to communicate different messages to different people about the project at any given time
• Understand the market in order to make sound decisions as he is the decision maker regarding what features the product will have

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Professional certification and accreditation strongly recommended or equivalent work experience
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV certification(s) or certifications in a related discipline a plus
• Experience in creating product road maps and managing the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Ability to translate customer business requirements and specifications into code solutions
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics Nav is a plus.
• Excellent communicational skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
